Pets are welcome. Your quadrupedal friend will cost you an additional five to ten Euros per day. Please understand that your pets will not be permitted entry to the cafeteria and the spa area.
Free Wifi is available throughout the house.
Skiing equipment as well as walking boots can be dried all year in our cellar.
We also want to point out that the whole complex is a non smoking area.
The illustrated sketches of apartments and rooms are mere examples. Deviations are therefore possible.

Storno conditions

Until 60 days prior to the anticipated date of arrival, changes and cancellations are free. After this deadline, 50% of the agreed prize will have to be paid. If you cancel your plans less than a week before arrival, you will have to pay 80% of the prize, in case of early departure or late arrival the full prize will have to be paid. We recommend using a travel cancellation insurance.

We will gladly comply with your individual wishes, but cannot guarantee you fixed rooms or floors.

We prefer cash, but also accept common credit cards.
Bookings are only binding after your definite confirmation and after we have received your deposit on the following bank account:
